Bellevue Nebraska is located just south of Omaha. It was recently named the 2013 Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation for its commitment to effective forest management.
Bellevue may be best known for Offutt Air Force Base. Offutt became the home of the Martin Bomber plant in WWII and after the war housed the Strategic Air Command.
Benson Nebraska is the places for music and nightlife! There are several new breweries (Infusion and Benson Brewery) as well as restaurants, music venues, art galleries and antique shops.
Benson was once a “bedroom community” outside of Omaha. Trolley brought people out to see a pasture of buffalo off Main Street.
Downtown Omaha is central to the community; it is home to several large Omaha companies, including ConAgra, Union Pacific, First National Bank and more. It is the home of the Old Market, featuring many restaurants and local shops.

Dundee / Happy Hollow
The Dundee/Happy Hollow area is in the heart of Omaha. There are restaurants, coffee shops, Memorial Park, it is close to UNO’s campus.

Gretna Nebraska was founded in 1886 from purchased land from the Lincoln Land Company along the new Burlington Northern Railroad line.

Ralston, NE is known as Independence City, USA for its annual Fourth of July Celebration. In October, 2012 the Ralston Arena opened up at 73rd and Q Streets.
The arena is home to the Omaha Lancers hockey team, Omaha Beef indoor football team and the UNO Mavericks Men’s Basketball team. The arena also has public ice skating and plays host to many area concerts and events.
The West Omaha area continues to see huge growth, expanding out past 204th Street (or Highway 31). West Omaha is home to Village Pointe Mall where there are several restaurants and shopping. Many residents enjoy Lake Zorinsky for walking, running, fishing and summer activities.
