Becoming a Realtor requires time and dedication.  You provide the commitment and we'll provide the resources to help you be successful.

Nebraska Licensing Requirements
To become a Realtor, the State of Nebraska requires the following:  

  • At least 19 years old
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Attend 60 hours of pre-licensing education
  • A passing grade on the state-sponsored licensing exam
  • Apply for a license with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission
