John Gustafson, CFA - Strategic Advisor

John has over 20 years of experience assisting high growth companies and investors with strategic transactions. His specialty is working with buyers seeking investment properties, companies evaluating sale-leaseback opportunities, high growth companies seeking additional space, and new development. A graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University, John has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. John is also founder and managing director of Skyline Advisors, a middle market investment bank.

John and his wife, Deb (a residential agent with CBSHOME), reside in Omaha and have three children.

Jeff S. Johnson - Commercial Broker

With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Jeff provides clients the experience and expertise to effectively handle all types of commercial real estate transactions. In addition to transaction services, Jeff provides management and consulting services for new development and redevelopment projects. Jeff holds a real estate broker license in Nebraska and Iowa and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a business degree in real estate and land use economics.

Gail has been serving his clients and community for over 10 years during his commercial real estate brokerage career. He advises and implements a collaborative strategy with the client's objective and interests in mind. Gail adds value to any transaction drawing from years of business experience in logistics, distribution, retail and real estate. This experience adds valuable perspective to navigate and negotiate either side of any transaction. Gail is licensed to practice real estate in Nebraska and Iowa and has a degree from the University of Nebraska - Omaha. Gail is an active member of Southwest Omaha Rotary Night Club.

Jason Troshynski - Commercial Broker

Jason has cross-sector development experience consulting clients on their investment properties; land acquisitions, subdivision development, multi-unit housing. His hard work ethic has proven to be an asset for both his buying and selling clients.

Jason's professional history also includes an extensive amount of residential development, working with local developers, negotiating land deals, engaging engineers and working with city officials to coordinate and execute the infrastructure for all facets of development.

He has developed and implemented "Best Use" business plans and strategies which includes zoning processes, crafting easement, covenant & restriction documentation, master marketing and managing the transaction of individual lot sales.
